Buyer costs
A broad term for certain costs paid by the buyer around a purchase. Which items apply depends on the home, financing and intended use. See the cost of buying a house in Amsterdam.
Owners’ association
The owners’ association manages shared parts of an apartment building. Its contribution, budget, minutes and maintenance plans show recurring costs and possible work.
Leasehold
A right to use land and a home under the landowner’s conditions. In Amsterdam, check ground rent, the period, buyout and transition. The municipal explanation of leasehold when buying helps you collect the right records.
Financing condition
A contract condition that can give the buyer room when financing does not come through. The wording and deadline belong to your purchase contract. Discuss them before signing.
